Vehicle Claims Step-by-Step


The claims process should be easy and we do our best to make that your reality. Below is a step-by-step guide to the vehicle claims process.


Step 1

If your car is not safe to drive, please call Roadside Assistance at 800-426-2014 to have your car towed to a repair facility.


Step 2

If your car is safe to drive, please drive to the repair shop of your choice.


Step 3

Your repair shop will take it from here. They will file the claim on your behalf once they have diagnosed the issue and update you on the claim status.
