Did you receive a vehicle protection coverage letter from Sky Protection?

Here's what to do

  • Call the number on the letter and speak to a representative. Please have your consumer ID, VIN, and current miles on your vehicle available at the time of call.

  • Ask any questions you may have!

  • You will receive a booklet and ID card in the mail within 10 days of securing coverage. To start your vehicle's repairs, please have these items ready to show the dealer or any licensed repair facility of your choice.

  • Once the coverage is active you have a 30-day and 1,000 mile waiting period before any claims can be made on your vehicle.

  • Keep up-to-date with your vehicle's routine maitenance: oil changes, tire rotations, etc.

  • Subject to the terms and conditions of the protection plan, as a customer you have coverage for roadside assistance and towing benefits anywhere in the U.S. and Canada if you are doing any traveling up there as well.

  • Enjoy worry-free driving for the road ahead!

A vehicle service contract (VSC) may sometimes be referenced as an “auto warranty” or an “extended car warranty,” but it is not a warranty. A VSC is optional, cancelable, and in no way required to obtain credit.
